Heat Activated Adhesive series designed for high-speed automated sealing and tight peel tolerances.

  • Base Film / Thickness: PET / 50 μm
  • Peel Strength: 20–90 gf 
  • Sealing Window: 120–180°C, 130–180°C, 140–180°C and other Temp ranges, 2.0–4.5 bar, 0.05–0.5s dwell
  • Compatible Carrier Tape Widths:  12mm to 88mm
  • Environmental: 100% Halogen-Free, RoHS 2.0, REACH

  • Application Pressure: 1.5–3.0 bar roller pressure
  • Compatible Carrier Tape Widths:  12mm to 88mm 
  • Optical Clarity: Transmittance ≥85%, Haze ≤20% for AOI
